2000 Avenue of the Stars

2000 Avenue of the Stars is a historical redevelopment project that added a 12-story, 840,000 SF Class A office building to a site already occupied by an 8-level subterranean parking garage, which maintained operations throughout construction. The project features a striking glass and steel structure with an 8-story cut-out, preserving the existing view of surrounding buildings. 2000 Avenue of the Stars houses destination dining and a great green space. A model of adaptive reuse, the project weaves together the triangular Century Plaza Towers and the curved Century Plaza Hotel.
