Hathaway Dinwiddie remodeled Quince, the three Michelin star restaurant in San Francisco. Working around the high-end central ovens, the gourmet kitchen was reconfigured. The main dining room was remodeled with higher end finishes and custom millwork banquettes. Additionally, the main entrance, bar and all underground utilities were relocated.
Hathaway Dinwiddie’s construction schedule was complete within the seven weeks from close until reopening of business.
