California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) –Santos Manuel Student Expansion

The expansion of the Santos Manuel Student Union which will include retail and bookstore space, café with food prepared and cooked, serving facilities, a bowling alley, game room, pub-type cooking facility, event spaces, large ballroom (divisible into 3 smaller event rooms. Project will also includes interior renovation, which will include updating building technologies, meeting rooms and banquet spaces and food preparation spaces, and landscape and renovation of the existing Commons plaza.
