Micron Technology – 540 / 570 / 590 Alder Drive Tenant Improvements

The Micron Technology project included the demolition of three existing buildings and the 145,000 SF interior build-out of three new structures. The new buildings house labs, office/administrative areas, tele-presence conference rooms, a data center and employee break rooms. New design/build mechanical and plumbing systems and a new emergency generator were also part of the scope.
