salesforce.com’s tenant improvement in the historical Landmark Building at One Market Street in San Francisco spans three stories. The project created numerous conference rooms and collaboration areas throughout the open office floor plan. Exposed concrete ceilings and floors and floating acoustical cloud ceilings around the perimeter of the space were important elements of the space. Unique interior finishes included high-end Donald Kaufman paint, garage doors, custom upholstered banquet seating, white board marker glass, sliding glass marker boards, and illuminated lava tubes to accent structural steel columns.
