Complete guest room and guest corridor renovation consisting of 1,500 guest-rooms in the iconic 39-story hotel in the South of Market neighborhood in San Francisco. The build-out includes all new fixtures and upgraded restrooms. The project also includes the remodel of the View Lounge located on the 39th floor of the hotel.
