13,000 sqft

The UC Berkeley Richard C. Blum Hall, or Naval Architecture Building, was a multi-piece project. In addition to the 13,000 sqft wing addition, the original 1914 historical Naval Architecture Building was seismically retrofitted, renovated, and upgraded. The new wing, set back 16 feet to respect the history of the NAB, is connected via footbridge to the second floor of the original building, and a ground-level plaza links the entire project to nearby buildings.

University of California, Berkeley – Richard C. Blum Hall is LEED Silver certified.
