University of California, Irvine (UCI) – University Extension

This design-build project consisted of a 5-story, 80,000 sqft cast-in-place concrete structure housing classrooms, a computer laboratory, recording booth, offices and support spaces for faculty and administrators, and shell space for future development. The project also included outdoor plaza spaces and terraces, extensive landscaping, and a pedestrian bridge spanning East Peltason Drive.
