Vans Headquarters

The project consists of construction of one ground-up 90,000 sqft office building with two bridges that tie into the existing headquarters building. The project also includes a three-story parking structure accommodating 364 parking stalls. The project is built on a gross site area of approximately 350,000 SF that incorporates communal green space, additional 131 on-grade parking spaces and a combination of relocated and new photovoltaic cells totaling 75,000 SF.
