650 and 520 Newport Center Drive

Hathaway Dinwiddie completed preconstruction and general contracting services for 650 Newport Center Drive, a 387,500 SF, 20-story office tower. Parking is accommodated in an adjacent 397,000 SF parking structure with four levels below and four levels above grade. The project included the seismic upgrade and partial demolition of the adjacent parking structure.

650 Newport Center Drive is LEED Silver certified.

Hathaway Dinwiddie completed preconstruction and general contracting services for 520 Newport Center Drive, a Class A, 20-story office tower totaling 350,000 SF. The exterior is a travertine curtainwall with punched windows. There are two adjacent parking structures: one 5-level, 407,200 SF, and one 4-level, 226,450 SF.

520 Newport Center Drive is LEED Gold certified.
