PROJECT SIZE

271,000 sqft

This 271,000 sqft project includes the renovation and adaptive reuse of three interconnected buildings: a 5-story concrete tower originally built in 1912 to produce Ford Model T’s, a 2-story annex building that housed the first assembly-line in Southern California, and a materials warehouse. All three buildings were retrofitted for creative office space on the upper floors, with retail and restaurants on the ground floor. A 5-level parking structure was added adjacent to the building.
