City of Hope Medical Office Building

A 4-story building built to consolidate staff from several dispersed locations on the City of Hope Main Campus. The building is limited to office and administrative functions that support the Medical Center, but will not provide any direct patient care. The building will have open air office, administrative and collaboration spaces, meeting rooms along with private and executive offices which will be located around the perimeter of building. The project will also include extensive sitework and lush landscaping.
