2-building (9 and 11-story) warm shell life science project in South San Francisco intended for offices and research, with two parking structures. Campus construction includes structural steel with design-build curtain wall for the exterior cladding, and design-build Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP). Overall site work and landscaping of a central plaza to connect buildings with parking structures is also included in construction. Finished campus will include outdoor entertainment space with grass, bocce courts and seating.
