Phases 1 and 2 of the six-phase bayfront office / life science development in South San Francisco. The 3-building phase one offers a walkable layout, amenities building and 4-level parking structure. Phase 2 includes two 7-story buildings and one 8-story building, linked by a 2-story podium, with 50,000 SF amenities and a 10-level standalone parking structure.
