The Campus at Playa Vista Parcel 3

Hathaway Dinwiddie’s work at the 350,000 SF Parcel 3 project at the 25-acre Campus at Playa Vista included core and shell work for four, 4-story office buildings over a 120,000 SF partially subterranean parking level , as well as landscaped terraces, roof gardens, and courtyards. The glass curtain wall system combines with a hybrid design of structural steel and concrete shear walls to form a liner system to increase efficiency. Beneath the campus are two levels of parking, providing the campus with 800 spaces.

The Campus at Playa Vista Parcel 3 is LEED Gold certified.
