UC Irvine, Susan & Henry Samueli College of Health Sciences Building / Sue & Bill Gross Nursing and Health Sciences Hall

Design-build project at UC Irvine consisting of two buildings. The College of Health Sciences Building will have dry research, instructional, student support, as well as, academic and administrative office space, and a small food service facility. The Nursing & Health Sciences Hall will have instructional space, clinical skills labs, dry research spaces, student support spaces, and academic and administrative office spaces. Site development and landscaping will connect the new buildings. Upon completion, the project will seek LEED Platinum certification.
