The University of Southern California’s Health Sciences Campus Soto Building is a 3-story multi-use structure. The facility houses offices, laboratories, classrooms, a 10,000 SF fitness center and a cafe. In addition to the building, the site includes a shuttle bus drop-off, a parking area, and a multi-purpose garden courtyard. The Soto Building is home to USC’s Keck School of Medicine’s Department of Preventative Medicine and various administrative offices. Hathaway Dinwiddie led the Soto Building design-build effort.
